Thank you for shopping with Sleek Coffee Tables! We want to ensure your high end furniture arrives safely and securely. Below are the clear terms and timelines regarding how we handle and ship your orders. All orders ship from U.S. warehouse locations and are handled through trusted parcel and freight carriers.
Shipping Coverage Area
Sleek Coffee Tables currently ships to the 48 contiguous U.S. states only. At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Washington, D.C., U.S. territories, PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.
Shipping Cost
Sleek Coffee Tables offers free standard shipping on every coffee table order shipped within the 48 contiguous U.S. states.
Free standard shipping is applied automatically at checkout. White glove delivery is included at no additional charge on some items and available as an optional paid upgrade on others, as specified on each product page.
The price you see at checkout is the final shipping cost. There are no hidden fees or post purchase shipping adjustments.
Order Confirmation
After your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This confirms that we have received your order and that it has entered our processing queue. We review each order carefully to help ensure the product, delivery address, and shipping method are properly aligned before shipment.
Order Processing Time
Standard in stock orders are processed within 3–5 business days. During this time, your item is prepared for shipment and scheduled with the appropriate carrier.
For items explicitly marked as Pre-Order on the product page, processing will begin as soon as the item receives its inventory restock. The estimated restock date will always be clearly noted on the product page before you purchase.
Payment & Inventory Verification
We only pre authorize your payment card at checkout; we do not capture the funds until final stock availability is verified with our supplier. In the rare event of a data sync error where an ordered item is completely unavailable, we will immediately cancel your order and void the credit card authorization hold so you are never charged.
Shipment Notification & Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment notification with tracking information when available. For freight deliveries, tracking may include carrier contact details or delivery scheduling information rather than standard parcel tracking.
For large item deliveries, the freight carrier may contact you directly to schedule a delivery appointment.
Estimated Delivery Time
Our typical total delivery time is 6–12 business days:
- For In-Stock Items: This timeline runs from the date your order is placed.
- For Pre-Order Items: This timeline runs from the estimated warehouse restock date noted on the product page.
This includes 3–5 business days for order processing and 3–7 business days for transit. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on carrier scheduling, delivery location, severe weather, holidays, or other conditions outside of normal operations.
Shipping Carriers
We ship with trusted parcel and freight partners, including FedEx, UPS, and freight carriers. Most coffee tables ship by freight carrier. Smaller items may ship by FedEx or UPS when appropriate.
Freight deliveries may require a delivery appointment, and the carrier may contact you directly to schedule delivery. Curbside delivery may be used for some oversized items.
White glove delivery is free on some items and optional on others. This is specified on each product page. Where available, white glove delivery includes delivery to the room of choice, unpacking, basic assembly when required, and debris removal.
Delays & Exceptions
We take shipping seriously and monitor orders closely. If we become aware of a delay, we will proactively notify you and provide updated information as soon as it is available.
Some delays may occur due to carrier capacity, weather, freight appointment scheduling, supplier availability, or other circumstances beyond our control.
