We work hard to offer competitive pricing. If you find an identical item at a lower price from an eligible authorized online only retailer within 30 days of your purchase, we will review the request and, if eligible, refund the difference.

This guarantee also applies if the price of the same item you purchased is reduced on our website within 30 days of your original order date, excluding temporary promotions, holiday sales, limited-time offers, clearance pricing, coupons, and other promotional price reductions. To request a partial refund, please email us a link to the identical item on our website or a competitor’s website within 30 days of your original order date, and we will review your request and, if eligible, refund the difference.

Price Match Guarantee Limitations

  • The item must be purchased directly from our website prior to requesting a Price Match.
  • Promotional pricing, including but not limited to rebates, coupons, clearance pricing, flash sales, or buy one get one free offers, is not eligible.
  • Discount marketplaces, auction websites, and third-party sellers (including, but not limited to, eBay, Overstock, and similar platforms) are excluded.
  • The item must be identical in brand, model, condition, and specifications, and must be in stock and available for immediate purchase on the competitor’s website at the time of verification.
  • The competitor must be a legitimate online only retailer and may not operate a physical retail location.
  • The competitor must be an Authorized Retailer of the product in question.
  • The Price Match Guarantee applies to the item price only, standard shipping is always free. Sales tax, expedited shipping, installation, and additional fees are excluded.
  • We reserve the right to decline any price match that would require us to violate a manufacturer’s MAP policy or other supplier pricing requirements.
  • We reserve the right to verify all price match requests and to deny requests that do not meet the criteria outlined above.
